Devi Sarees Company aims to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed, are dispatched within 4-5 weeks because our products are made to order basis only. However, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays. We send all our orders via a signed for delivery service to ensure we have proof of delivery.

Shipping cost:

Shipping for all orders within India is Free. For all international orders from outside India, orders below INR 5000 are charged according to diffrent country shipping rates slab and orders above INR 10000 are shipped free.

“All applicable duties or tariffs charged by the importing country must be borne by the customer.”

Delivery time:

If you have placed an order with numerous items, please note that these items may deliver you with different shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays. We'll dispatch the product within 4-5 weeks because our products are made to order only.

If order dispatch is delayed:

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at devi.sareeindia@gmail.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

You can track your order:

For orders within India, when your order will dispatch, we will send you an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company.

After your order is dispatched from our warehouse you can track the status of your package. Cash on delivery / (COD) is not available for now. 

Customs & Duties:

Any customs or import duties are levied once a package reaches its destination country. Any hidden or Additional charges for customs clearance or duties must be borne by the client only. These charges are beyond our control and cannot predict what they may be. Please note that delays can occur in customs and these delays are beyond our control.

Order cancellation due to certain reasons:

There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept or fulfill and can be canceled from our side.

Devi Sarees has the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

In some situation, your order can be canceled due to:- 

  • Limitation of quantities available for purchase.
  • Inaccuracies or errors or omissions in product or pricing information.
  • Sometimes we may also require additional information or verification before we accept your order.

We will contact you if your order is canceled from our side or if any additional information is required to accept your order.

If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled from our side than charged amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

We except the customer not to dispute the decision made by Devi Sarees and accept Devi Sarees's decision regarding the cancellation.

Courier:

  • Delivery takes 4-5 weeks for domestic orders.
  • We will mail you the ordered items as soon as the payment verification is done which excludes weekends & public holidays.
  • Orders are trackable
  • The Customer or anyone living at the address will be required to sign for the package at the door.
  • As soon as the order is shipped, we will mail you the details of the order with the courier company and tracking number, After that it's the customer's duty to follow up with the courier company. If you face any problem regarding delivery you can mail us devi.sareeindia@gmail.com we will help you out as early as we can.

Change of delivery address:

We are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been placed (billed). If you need to change your delivery address after purchase then you will need to contact the courier company.
